This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the OuViTel™ Cloud Print service.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to transmit, store, or process any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
- Contains pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
- Promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence
- Constitutes spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing
- Facilitates illegal activities or fraud
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or mine data
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar activities
4. API Usage Restrictions
API access is intended for legitimate business purposes only:
- Implement proper error handling and retry logic
- Respect rate limiting and quotas
- Do not create excessive load on the Service
- Use secure authentication methods (JWT tokens)
- Do not share API credentials or tokens with unauthorized parties
5. Print Job Content
While OuViTel™ is designed to minimize access to print content and may use client-side encryption, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring print content complies with this AUP
- Not using the Service for illegal printing activities
- Complying with local laws regarding printed materials
OuViTel™ reserves the right to investigate and take action on reported violations.
6. Encryption & Privacy Limitations
Although OuViTel™ applies strong security measures and may support end-to-end or client-side encryption in certain configurations:
- Users remain responsible for compliance with this AUP
- Operational metadata (such as job size, timestamps, printer status, and error codes) is processed by the Service
- Abuse patterns or legal requirements may trigger account review or enforcement actions
7. Enforcement
OuViTel™ reserves the right to:
- Monitor for violations of this AUP
- Suspend accounts immediately upon detection of violations
- Terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with legal investigations as required by law
Account suspension or termination is at OuViTel™'s sole discretion.
8. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it immediately:

- Include details of the violation and affected accounts
- OuViTel™ will investigate all legitimate reports
9. Changes to This Policy
OuViTel™ may update this AUP from time to time.
Changes will be posted on the OuViTel™ website with an updated "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
10. Relationship to Other Agreements
This AUP supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service.
In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail, except where this AUP provides additional restrictions.
